The Role:

• Participate in idea generation and concept development of new products and services.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer analysis to identify needs and trends in the market.
• Contribute to the preparation and documentation of product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments in process development work.
• Train the organization and partners on new features and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing personnel, to ensure that products meet technical requirements and customer expectations.
• Participate in the evaluation and testing of prototypes to assess product functionality and user-friendliness.
• Support the development of business plans and contribute to defining product strategies.
• Attend meetings and workshops to present and discuss product ideas and development processes.

You will collaborate with experienced product developers and business developers to identify market trends, conduct market analyses, and contribute to shaping our future product strategies.

• Not be afraid to roll up your sleeves. Many different tasks need to be solved.
• Hungry for knowledge about product development methodologies and market analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret market data and trends to identify new opportunities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
• Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
