H1 2023 Review:

  • Growth of new subscriptions in line with our ambitious plans and business case!
  • Strong pipeline, new customers, new offices, and new valuable partnerships gives us a lot of energy and optimism – like our new exciting partner agreement with Foxway and Elkjop Nordics
  • Customer Success Team: Our dedicated operations team plays a pivotal role in our business. They focus on support, and continuous improvement to ensure the best customer journeys. By leveraging advanced technologies and automation of manual routines, our team ensures that our customers receive desired service, timely support, and optimised solutions.
  • Onboarding and general lead-time: With our strong growth and establishment in new markets also come challenges with need of clear priorities, but our dedicated employees rise to the occasion. We transform hurdles into opportunities through pro-active communication and collaboration, working closely with our customers and partners to decrease lead-time.
  • ISO 9001 Accreditation: We proudly achieved our ISO 9001 accreditation last week. The Quality Management System (QMS) is a solid testament to our strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • ISO 27001: Strengthening our commitment to information security with the pursuit of ISO 27001 certification in H2-23. Safeguarding data, processes and ensuring the highest level of customer protection.
  • Azure migration: We are continuously migrating our infrastructure, SaaS-platform, and applications to Azure serverless platform – driving technology, security, scalability, redundancy, performance, and innovation for our valued customers.
  •  Standardization of API and implementing Azure DevOps with Agile methodology in our tech and product development: To embrace efficiency and innovation, we are focusing on the standardization of targeted APIs (i.e., Vendor Management, Carrier Management and Trade-in Management) and implementing Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies. This allows us to improve teamwork and deliver seamless and high-quality solutions, ensuring our products are at the forefront of the industry and in the business ecosystems.
  •  Brand awareness: Our LinkedIn presence sees remarkable organic growth! Surging from 150 to an impressive 1000 followers, a staggering 567% growth rate during the last six months. Thank you for your recognition and interest in our company, products and brand.
